  My shul. What's special is that we don't pay a cantor. Members of the congregation (including yours truly) are called upon to lead services and read Torah. Yes, we're amateurs, but I like it that way!
  
  We're the shul that has the anti-Israel protesters outside every Shabbat. It just makes me prouder because it means we stand for something.
  
  Rabbi Dobrusin is the greatest, and Rabanit Kim is working hard on becoming great.
